I write this with a heavy heart knowing that so many lives are being affected by the tragedy today. I must say that I am hurt, I feel related to every person that's hurting, I am feeling the pain and loss and all that goes with it. Would you please continue to pray for the thousands and possibly millions of victims affected by this. But most important... please pray.

It was with regret that I had heard of Patrick's death at the time of that
dreadful incident. It is pleasing to know that his body has been found at
least he can be laid to rest in peace. Please can you pass on my family's
sincere sympathy to his family on their sudden loss. Our prayers are with
them.
Patrick, apart from being one of my late husband, Brigadier Price's right
hand was also one that our family trusted. My children have spoken of him
with such affection and fond memories over the years as they were growing
up.

I believe that it is not too late to offer my condolences to the dear wife, children and other relatives of the late SSGT (retd) Patrick Adams.  I was deeply shocked when I learnt of his tragic death. He was such a pleasant and disciplined person – that’s how I remember him.  I pray that God will continue to give you all the strength to deal with such an unfortunate loss.  May he rest in peace.

I felt the need to write to anyone related to or that felt a close bond with
Marcus. I did happen to know Marcus very well. I went to P.S. 188 with him, J.H.S. 172 with him, and even Martin Van Buren with him. He was my friend in some way through all of those school years and I only found out recently about this terrible loss. Marcus was a great person and I knew it as a child. My heart aches and I can only imagine what those that were still in contact with him up until that day felt. I am so sorry and wish I knew
sooner so I could say all of this to you then. He was truly an incredible
person.
